Recently, I was allowed to tag along on a medical / ministry trip to Mushi, Rwanda with Barry Wood Ministries. There were about 31 doctors and med students from Rwanda that saw over 500 patients in two days in that small village.
Several years ago some medical students made a pact that they would give back to their country and community by volunteering to serve those who needed help. Those students are now doctors and leading other medical students on the same path of volunteer work.
While returning home through London, I was in line next to a couple visiting their brother, in Kenya. The brother was a missionary doctor living in Nairobi, Kenya. When I told them about the medical students, they said that their brother used to teach and train medical students in Rwanda, several years earlier. I won't know for sure, this side of Heaven, but I like to think that this doctor, in Nairobi, trained the doctors that met in Mushi, Rwanda. What a gift from God.

| Dan Gallini is assembling an EvangiCube to show the people in Mushi, Rwanda. While doctors were checking patients, Dan Gallini & his translator and the pastor's son & I were using the EvangiCubes to share the gospel to people of the village. Dozens were lead to Jesus Christ. The local pastor now has his hands full to train up new believers and make disciples there.

Along with the medical team and the Evangicube we showed the Jesus film where several hundred came forward to dedicate or renew their relationship with Christ.
But pictured here is a meeting including local pastors of Pentecostal, Baptist, Methodist, and other Christian beliefs for a discipleship conference. It was very impactful. I would like to thank Barry Wood Ministries for inviting me along.
We stayed in beautiful Kigali, Rwanda and our last meal together was at the original "Hotel Rwanda".
